GENERAL

1. We ask that all clients bring A thumb or mobile drive so that if you want your session file/s it can be downloaded at the time of bouncing, if we have to send stems days after a session there is a charge to come in and send stems. No Exceptions

       We no longer hold files on our main system after a 1 month period all files are transferred to our archived backup drives unless you are actively working on a project.

Note!! A fee will be charged for us to retrieve and send files to you after that.

2.  There is a 4 person capacity in the control room during sessions  we can not accommodate the large entourages, 

all extra guest will not be allowed in the studio area and asked to relax in the lobby.

3. The Engineer or a Staff member notifies all clients 15 minutes prior to the end of all sessions in order to allow for the Engineer to balance and/or bounce all materials down  IMPORTANT!! 

LATENESS AND NO SHOWS!!

Once payment has been received, your studio time is confirmed and billable, It is very important to be on time or call the studio 30 minutes prior to your session if you are going to be late as other clients may be booked. If not session starts on time and we will charge for the time billed. 

(Note!!! Time does not start when you get here. 

CANCELLATIONS

We do not refund studio time booked. We will give you credit for another booking provided we are notified at least 8 hours before the officially booked start time, if not the Session is considered booked. Sessions are billed from the official booked  start time, not from when the client arrives. If you arrive an hour late, that does not mean you will be able to run an hour past the session end time at no extra charge. also time that is unused cannot be carried over for another session.

For Security reasons we do not allow clients to open/answer our door. Only staff will attend to this. We ask that you observe this facility rule.
